THE SESSIONS

Barefoot Photography accepts a limited number of assignments due to the highly personalized nature of the work. Please schedule well in advance to ensure the best selection of dates and times. Often, the schedule is booked 1-2 months in advance. If you have a newborn and did not schedule prior to the birth, please inquire as we try to accommodate these sessions whenever possible.

The Classic Session $295 weekdays | $375 weekends

Includes a session for up to 4 people at your chosen location within 20 miles of Annapolis ($25 for each additional person). Session fees are for the time and talent of the photographer and do not include any prints. Please inquire for travel fees outside of the 20 mile radius.

Deluxe Session Collections $1295-$2495

Includes a session for up to 4 people ($25 each additional) at your chosen location within 20 miles of Annapolis as well as a flexible assortment of prints. We have several unique and customizable collections available. The session fee is inclusive in these session collections. You may upgrade from the Classic Session to one of our Deluxe Session Collections at any time.

The Digital session $2795

This session includes an on location session with approximately 1.5-2 hours of coverage . Included is a full set of high resolution digital negatives on CD (approximately 20-25 images) and the full set of 5x7 bordered prints from session in an exquisite image box.

The Barefoot Bellies Session $750

Capturing this fleeting time in your life as you anticipate your newest family member, this session includes a one to two hour on location maternity session and may include Mom, Dad as well as any siblings. Clothing changes are recommended and wraps will be provided upon request. Your session images will be presented in an online gallery and you may choose your favorite fifteen (15) 5x7 images to be mounted in a beautiful keepsake album.*
You will also be eligible for a $75 discount on your newborn session.**

*Album may be substituted for $500 print credit

*newborn session must be conducted in first 4 weeks of life to qualify

A note about session fees:

$295 deposit is required for all booked sessions ($375 for weekend appointments). The remainder of your session fee is due at the time of your session, when applicable. This fee is non-refundable and is payable at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment.

If you need to reschedule

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled session. The session fee will be forfeited if a session is rescheduled more than once and a new session fee will be required to secure a new session. If your session is to take place outdoors and there is inclement weather, your session will be rescheduled for an alternate date and time.

After the session

You will be presented with approximately 20-25 quality images in a private online gallery within two weeks of your session. This makes it easy to share your images with family and friends. Your gallery will remain active for 7 days.

Orders MUST be placed and payment must be received before gallery expires in order to redeem any discounts or print credits (if applicable). Orders must be paid in full before your order will be processed. Credit cards are accepted as well as personal checks. Please allow 3-4 weeks for print delivery.

Purchased images are kept on file for the period of one year should you need reprints at a later date. Reprints will be charged at current pricing. Unordered images will be purged 30 days after viewing and are not subject to archiving.
