Because they won’t be kids forever…

My name is Connie Groah of Barefoot Photography and I am an Annapolis-based location photographer specializing in artistic, lifestyle portraiture of infants, children and their families as well as expectant mothers. Using a mixture of documentary style photography and relaxed poses, my approach is casual, unrushed, and playful. This results in the creation of natural, genuine portraits that you will treasure for years to come. Some of the greatest honors I have come to realize throughout the past 6 years in the portrait industry are the relationships I have been able to form with the families I photograph. I am truly lucky to be able to know their families and photograph them year after year as their children grow.

My work has been published in The Big Book of Babies where 34 of my baby images can be enjoyed. The Big Book of Babies was distributed in both the US and throughout the UK. Other publications of my work can be found in Professional Photographer magazine distributed by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and Babycenter. Most recently, I was honored to work with Extreme Makeover Home edition when they did a build in Baltimore.

I am available for commission for portraits, headshots, and commercial work in Annapolis, MD to Washington DC to Baltimore and all the surrounding communities.
