Once again, resuming my then and nows. Though I have tried to do them on Fridays, I figure that since I skipped last week, I can overachieve this week! Does it work that way?
Let’s revisit muscle man. He’s been on the blog a few times and is best known for his enthusiastic muscle pose. Here’s the link showing him on the back cover of the Big Book of Babies.
Well, his mom and dad brought him back for my then and now mini sessions and I am so glad that they did! He stole my heart all over again.
Here is he then:

And here he is now, when we asked him to show us his muscles:

I think maybe he forgot how. But he still looked sweet doing it!
And a few more favorites of Baltimore’s littlest body builder:

Don’t these eyes just melt you?

Of course mom played along with the question and answers!
What is your favorite weekend activity to do with the family? Alternatively, where do you like to take the kids to burn (their) energy? Of course, the playground (the one with the “big slide”!)
The most requested toy in our house right now is… my husband for TACKLES
One thing I hope to never forget… the muscle man pose you captured perfectly (awww… thanks! It should help since it’s now in print!)
If there were 25 hours in the day, I would spend the extra hour… with the spring/summer upon us, gardening with my son (and a few hours on my own!)
Which do you prefer, black and white or color (photographs of course!)? both!
The most important thing a parent can do for a child is…let them have fun and independence.
How do you pass the time on long trips? movies
What I am looking forward to most in 2008 is… Meeting L’s baby brother or sister
Do you have a local business or charity you’d like to share? My father is the CEO of the nonprofit organization called The Board of Childcare.
Taken from their website: The Board of Child Care’s mission as an outreach ministry of The United Methodist Church is to serve children and families who require physical, emotional, behavioral, and social support. Through residential and community-based services, the agency will endeavor to provide a safe, healthy, and caring environment that seeks to preserve children and families by fostering self-esteem, respect for community, sense of purpose, and life skills needed to achieve their highest potential.
